Akhshee is a qualified accountant and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Mauritius.

She is currently appointed as the Corporate and Accounting Manager of GpFin Corporate Limited. Prior to joining GpFin Corporate Limited, Akhshee was a Trust Officer at Citco (Mauritius) Limited, an international offshore management company. Her responsibilities varied from secretarial to company formation, administration and compliance.
